Marshall E. Ochylski is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California with well over 40 years of experience in all aspects of real estate including sales, leasing, entitlements, land use, zoning, environmental, and construction.

Marshall personally consults with each potential client, and gives them an in-depth analysis of their legal matter, so that each one can make an informed decision about the various alternative approaches available.

He has represented his client's interests in a variety of forums, including:
